Supplier Registration

Bangkok Expressway and Metro Public Company Limited (BEM) cordially invites qualified suppliers, service providers, and contractors to register as approved suppliers in relevant product and service categories.

BEM also encourages its business partners to offer products and services that are certified with environmental labels or are environmentally friendly. By doing so, suppliers can join us in supporting the procurement and consumption of environmentally friendly products and services in Thailand, helping promote sustainable choices and responsible business practices.

Supplier Registration Process

1. Review Important Information

Please click the relevant links to review and acknowledge the following documents:

• Company Code of Conduct
• Supplier Code of Conduct
• Anti-Corruption Policy
• Human Rights Policy
• Procurement Privacy Notice
   

2. Prepare Required Registration Documents

Please prepare the following documents in accordance with BEM’s registration requirements:

• Certificate of Company Registration (for juristic entities), issued within the last 120 days
• Copy of National Identification Card (for individuals)
• Copy of House Registration (for individuals)
• VAT Registration Certificate (Por Por 20), if applicable
• Sample Tax Invoice, Receipt, and/or Invoice
• Copy of Commercial Registration Certificate and/or Taxpayer Identification Card (for entities not registered for VAT)
• Sustainability Self-Assessment Form (to be completed through the Supplier Portal)
• Copy of the front page of the bank account passbook (if payment by bank transfer is requested and subject to acceptance of the Company's payment terms and conditions)
• Other supporting documents (if any), such as:
  • • • Authorized Distributor Appointment Letter
      • List of environmentally friendly products
      • Company profile and references of previous projects or achievements
      • Quality management and certification documents, including but not limited to: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001

3. Submit an Online Application

Complete and submit the Supplier Registration Application through the online registration system please click Apply Online.
