Supplier Registration

 

BEM hereby invites suppliers, service providers, and contractors who are interested in registering as vendor in the following categories:

  • Air conditioning and refrigeration systems
  • Building and facility maintenance, installation, and extension works
  • Water, sanitation, pumping, and piping systems
  • Electrical, electronic equipment, and spare parts
  • Civil works, construction, and maintenance
  • Specialized tasks (working at height, confined spaces)
  • Design of printed materials, advertising, and public relations
  • Works requiring a work permit and specialized qualifications (e.g., hot works, confined-space tasks)
  • Others

BEM has adopted an environmentally friendly procurement policy and operates in accordance with sustainable development principles. Accordingly, we invite our partners to offer products and services that carry recognized environmental labels or otherwise demonstrate environmental friendliness. This initiative will provide additional options for our procurement decisions and enable you to join us in promoting and supporting the production and consumption of environmentally friendly goods and services in Thailand.

Registration Process
1. Please review the following documents for acknowledge important information by clicking each title:
- BEM Code of Conduct
- Supplier Code of Conduct
- Anti-Corruption Policy
- Terms and Conditions for Information Disclosure Consent
2. Complete the self-assessment form in terms of products and services and sustainability (ESG).
3. Submit the vendor Regestration Form online by clicking with URL link:

4. Provide supporting documenttaion for vendor registratiion as reauested by our procuremnet team.

Suppliers Screening and Evaluation
BEM emphasizes sustainable sustainable supply chain management in accordance with international standards. We require our vendors to adhere to the Supplier Code of Conduct, considering environmental management, social responsibility, human rights, labor practices, and business ethics. Including risk assessment on issues that are consistent with the supplier code of conduct, BEM reserves the right to consider qualifications and assess suppliers according to the following criteria:
1. New Vendor Registration
- Conducted via Self-Assessment, evaluating product/service readiness, pricing, delivery capability, and ESG performance.
- Submission of required documentation as specified by the company.
2. Pre-Qualification assessment
-ESG criteria aligned with the nature of the goods or services will form part of the vendor selection for quotation invitations.
3. Performance Evaluation After Delivery.
-Assessment of compliance with work and delivery requirements following the provision of goods or services.
4. Onsite Audit
- Conducted when necessary to verify operational and sustainability practices at the vendor’s facilities.
- Audits focus on both in terms of operations and sustainability (environmental impact, social responsibility, human rights, labor standards, and business ethics as outlined in the Supplier Code of Conduct).

The summary of vendor performance evaluations will be reported annually to the Quality Management Committee (QMC).
